Welcome Message From Your Summit Co-Host, Nick Mattos
Welcome. I am so glad that you'll be joining us for the Transform Your Health Summit series. I'm Nick Mattos with The Shift Network, and just one of the many wonderful hosts that are going to be guiding you through the world of evidence-based wellness in body, mind, and spirit.
Be sure to explore all five segments of this series, in which we'll be exploring how we can be in our optimum state of health in body, mind, and spirit as we move into this wonderful and challenging time.
I encourage you to check out sessions with folks like Dr. Dan Siegel, Cyndi Dale, Summer McStravick, Dr. Natasha Fallahi, and Acharya Shunya as we look through the many lenses by which we can approach our health, resilience, safety, wellbeing, and joy.
I look forward to exploring this along with you, and I hope you have a wonderful time during the Transform Your Health Summit series here on The Shift Network.
