Nurturing Resilience: Embracing the Healing Power of Your Wild Nature

Broadcast on July 01, 2021
With Kriste Peoples
Hosted by Dondi Dahlin

Resilience is the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties, or to bounce back after challenges. When we pay close attention we can see examples of this healing force all around us in nature. Kriste Peoples teaches us how our bodies are not separate from nature, and how you have within you the capacity to heal and align yourself to its restorative power. There’s an untamed place in each of us that knows its power, it is wild by nature, and it is ready to be reclaimed.

In This Session:

  • Learn to stay with difficult emotions, rather than running from them — learn to have your emotions so that they don't have you
  • Recognize the profound healing of being in resonance with the world around you, rather than resistance
  • Explore the radical nature of letting go in service to your healing, growth, and resilience
