Transforming Anxiety with Personal Magic During Difficult Times

Broadcast on July 02, 2021
With Damali Abrams the Glitter Priestess
Hosted by Abiola Abrams

Damali Abrams the "Glitter Priestess," uses creative and spiritual tools to process anxiety and overwhelm for herself and others. Her sacred self-care practices such as mermaid goddess collage art, herbal remedies, and Reiki can help you to cope with fear, overwhelm, and soothe your nervous system. These practical tools can be used in every life, and are especially potent at difficult times.

In This Session:

  • Expressing creativity with art and craftwork can allow you to process emotions and find a place of calm
  • Reiki is a transformational healing tool that can work one-on-one with a practitioner, or virtually, to help with overwhelm
  • Herbal remedies from oatstraw to lavender-infused honey can also be used for emotional support
